Zend Blue (“Zend Blue,” “we,” “us”) provides wholesale card-processing services and a business-management platform — including our website (zend.blue), client portal, and mobile applications (together, the “Services”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, business name, email, phone, and login credentials when you create an account or apply for services.
• Application information — details you submit when applying for a merchant account (business, ownership, and banking details required for underwriting). Sensitive application data is encrypted at rest and shared only with the processing partners who underwrite and service your account.
• Business records you create — invoices, quotes, customers, jobs, and messages you manage inside the platform.
• Payment information — when your customers pay an invoice, payment card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment gateway; Zend Blue does not store full card numbers.
• Usage information — device, browser, pages viewed, and referral links (including QR-code scans), used to operate and improve the Services.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and support the Services — including underwriting, payment processing, invoicing, messaging, and dashboards.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests (email and SMS; reply STOP to opt out of texts).
• To pay partner commissions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and card-network obligations.
• To improve the Services. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Services: our sponsoring ISO and underwriting partners, payment gateway, banking partners (bank connections are handled by Plaid; see the Plaid End User Privacy Policy), CRM and communications infrastructure, and cloud hosting. Each provider is bound to use the information only to provide services to us. We may disclose information when required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, AES-256 encryption for sensitive application data, role-based access inside the platform, and PCI-compliant processing partners. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us or from your portal settings.
• Opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link; opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights — contact us to exercise them.

Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
